The Make Den is proud to be hosting an evening of Eco-Fashion featuring Anika Kozlowski  in collaboration with Coalescence this month.  Her work looks at innovation in the sustainable apparel design process.  She will be discussing theoretical models of cradle to grave product design, biodegradable and recyclable bio-plastics and the use of 3D printing as an option for a more sustainable fashion industry.

Anika is a regular contributor to Future Threads Project and Fashion Future.  She is currently working on her PhD in Sustainable Design at Ryerson University after working as a designer for Blue Notes.  She has also lectured at the Copenhagen Business School International Researchers Workshop on Sustainable Fashion.

Coalescence is a Toronto based grassroots community group dedicated to community building and practicing anti-oppression through education and discussion.
