Want to support Canadian Fashion Design and The Stephen Lewis Foundation in one fell swoop?
Get a chance to walk the runway with Canadian celebs, while sporting a locally designed outfit made just for you! The 5th annual Dare to Wear Love Challenge is offering that chance, all while supporting a good cause.
DTWL invites you to wear Canadian fashion, while raising funds and awareness for The Stephen Lewis Foundation. The Stephen Lewis Foundation works with grassroots organizations in sub-Saharan Africa that are turning the tide of the AIDS pandemic at the community-level.
Winners get to walk the runway at the Dare to Wear Love Gala on March 28th!
There are two ways to get involved.
1. Support Canadian fashion by wearing Canadian. This could be a local designer, or something you have made yourself! From February 14th – 21st, wear Canadian made fashion and share it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #DTWL. A team of fashion professionals with pick one winner, who wears Canadian with the most creativity and enthusiasm.
2. If you want to get even more involved with this great organization and up your chances to win a walk on the runway, you can collect pledges as an individual or with a team. For every $250 raises, one ballot goes into the draw for one of three chances to win. All funds raised go to The Stephen Lewis Foundation to help fight the AIDS pandemic in Africa.
