Isla has been crafting since she can remember – always with a focus on clothing and style. She first took classes at The Make Den in 2012 and has since come a long way from cutting holes in shirts and sewing bandanas together to make “skirts.” She graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women, Gender, and Sexuality studies in June 2015. Since then, Isla has started an online business, H3avyFlow Vintage, which operates out of the top floor of the Bloordale studio! If she’s not at the front desk or in a class, she’s probably upstairs working on sharing some vintage treasures with the world.
She is the administrator at The Make Den and the shop manager of The Woven Wolf.
